About install the new Omega Driver

If i want to uninstall the Omega catalytic 4.8 beforce install the new Omega 4.9 released , there will have a process to reboot the computer , but if i choose reboot later and install the new 4.9 right away , when i finished install and reboot the computer , does the new 4.9 can work fine without any latent problems ; or i must reboot the computer before install the new 4.9

You should ALWAYS reboot when uninstalling and reinstalling a video driver.

This is my method:

1. Uninstall Omega driver setup files.
2. Uninstall RadLinker and MultiRes.
3. Uninstall actual ATi driver installation.
4. Reboot into safe mode.
5. Run driver cleaner, manually remove left over folders (if any).
6. Reboot into normal mode.
7. Install latest drivers.
8. Reboot and configure.
9. Benchmark and enjoy.
