i am a new member and fot i would share my problem with you as i have came to the end of my tether!!.

i purchased an ATI RADEON 9600 PRO on the cheap cause i was upgrading my pc, works wth doom 3 a treat by the way.

i used 2 have an nvidea afore that and always watched films on my television using the tv out feature, worked a treat,

i therefore was hopin it would work a treat with ma new graphics card but wen i use the tv out option by connecting my svideo cable to the tv, i see exactly wot i see on the monitor.

now hears the problem,

when i load a movie up in windows media player, any divx movie or .wav movie, it appears as a blank screen on my televison and i dnt know y

wen i load a quicktime movie, bang its fine it appears on my television as it appears on my monitor

so any help would be very beneficial

When you switch to tv-out the display is both on the TV and monitor at the same time? How are you switching over to the tv?

Also concerning the drivers which version did you install?
