Omega 2.5.51 - ATITool not working

So, I removed the ATI drivers with add/remove programs, booted in safe mode and ran omega driver cleaner, then ran the uninstall the omega setup files, rebooted and installed latest 2.5.51 omegas like I'm supposed to. I installed the radlinker/multires/ati tool in the setup options. Now anytime I try to open ATITool I get this little error box that pops up and says "startService2: The system cannot find the path specified." And when ATITool finally loads up when I close the error box, it doesn't work and I can't use it to load any frequency setting changes. Any fix for this?

If it matters...I have a radeon 9800 pro 128mb.

Edit: I reinstalled ATITool and the omega drivers after following proper uninstall procedures and the problem still happens.

System Specs

I get the exact same problem. I posted it on the Omega Drivers Sticky at the top, but all I got was to just reinstall it, which doesn't work. Someone else said it was a bug in this Omega release, but very few people are complaining about this so it must be working fine for most people and isn't just a general bug.

I have a Radeon 9800 non-pro.

I give up. Just installed the official ATI 3.7 CATs and now ATITool works. Good enough for me.

A good strategy for life...If at first you don't succeed, give up.
