I've noticed while playing MVP Baseball 2004 that I can't alt tab out of the game. When I was using the CAT 4.6's issued from ATI I could. Something to look into.
I haven't tried that game but as a generic tip, try CTRL-ESC. Just thinking that sometimes when there is nothing running to "tab out to", this other combination activates the start menu.
Yeah, I got an instant message and I'm like... ok I'll go see what it is since it like pops up during the game it takes me out to where it thinks I'm on the desktop but I'm still in game so I need to alt tab back to the game even though I'm still in it.
