For your computer running WinXP...
Click Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Information. Expand Components, click Display - Read the PNP Device ID line. The numbers in that line will allow us to tell if the card is supported by looking through the .inf files in the Omegadrive driverset - OK? Post it back if you will...
And Welcome to Driverheaven!

As for my knowledge, I'd have to look at the driver from the site you gave - no driver there to download for that card I could see, and no driver available for the particular card from Powercolor's site either.
I'd wait for a response from Omegadrive or Patje, among others...

The card may work with the Omegas, but there is no way to know for sure unless the PCI\VEN1002&DEV_xxxx&SUBSYS_xxxxxxxx, where the values for the "x's" - specific to your card - are contained in the installer file.
As of the Omega 2.5.44's (Cat ver 4.5) I did not see support for the 9800se by name in the installer file. He may add support by name for the card in his upcoming version 4.6's though... That's not to say his driver does not support your card entirely though. There is support for 6 different 9800 series All-in-Wonder cards in the installer file in Omega's version of the 4.5 cats, and one of those six installer entries may match your card.
Anyone else have a 9800se running the Omegas?
If the driver supports the chip, the rest of the stuff for the TV/Capture (tuner, etc...) should go fine.

It appears the All-in-Wonder you are looking at (the Powercolor 9800se) is not supported by name - but no other All-in-Wonder is either - all are listed as "All-in-Wonder 9800 series", and a total of six 9800 All in Wonders are supported - only way to know is to try it.
You need to think about buying the card on its merits, or not, according to your situation. It is likely that the Omegadriver set supports your card fine - but we cannot be absolutely certain unless we have the PCI\VEN number sequence for your particular card that matches one in the .inf installer file. That number is not available in the documentation either, only when it is installed in a computer.

I agree MIG-31, it should work - but as we know, there have been rare compatibility problems over the past several years and unless the PCI/VEN number is in the .inf installer file to match the number contained on the card itself I can't say with rock-solid, absolute, uncompromised assurance that it will work...
I would say however that the odds are very good!

If you really need the AIW stuff, you could get it and see if the driver works with it - if not - return it within the return period and get the other card...
Note: The 9800pro 256Mb card is way above (like about twice as fast with a 3Ghz processor!) the 9800se AIW (unmodded) in performance...but without the TV and capture stuff of course... A tuner by itself is 50-70 dollars (US) more without a remote - might be worth considering the separate tuner...
How much more for a 9800pro AIW?

not all se cards can be moded. it requires a little bit of luck.the reason there called se is that they have 4 pipelines locked due to some sort of fault.
