No- though there might be an automatic power on setting. Does it always turn on at the same time?

Could be a PSU Issue.
Are you Overclocking?
If Hardware doesn't get the required Juice.....then The system will reboot.

Did you upgrade your ram lately bad ram can make your com reboot.
or BSOD.. id try putting one stick in at a time and testing. if your prob goes
away you have a bad stick. lol i found this out useing a new stick of Kinston Value Ram. it may have got a static charge wile i was putting it in, or came bad from Kingston. always try to follow proper static free procedures when going inside the case
and dont wear a sweater even if its cold

Chances are you would know if your over clocking. Have you ever tried making your computer faster in any form through the processer, RAM, etc.? Also you may want to right click my computer, click properties, then click the advance tab. At the bottom click startup and recovery (settings) and see if the Automatically restart is checked, If it is uncheck it. That way you can read the BSOD screen and see what the problem is or your computer wont randomly reboot on its own.
