Default Post Problems with VIVO-Feature

Hi at all,

because I´m new to this forum, I´ll say hello to everybody...

Now my problem:

I own a Powercolor Radeon 9200 VIVO with 256MB of RAM.
All recent drivers, even ATI´s or OmegaDrivers recognize my card, graphics drivers work well, but especially the VIVO- Feature (here Video-In) doesn´t work.
I changed a variety of graphics- and wdm- drivers and versions of MMC to detect, in which section the problem is.

Now my system is running with the actual MMC and wdm- driver, but only the old original graphicsdriver from the manufacturer cd is working probably....

On the CeBIT, I asked at Powercolor for actual drivers - but nothing...

It seems, my graphics card was never produced in that kind...

Can anyone give me a hint, what to do? Is there a modification of an INF- file, that will solve my problem???

Thanks for Your advice!

PS: I hope, You´ll apologize my bad english, I´m from Germany...

First off,
greetings, welcome, and don't fret the english...

now then, about your VIVO problem...
first...do you have the latest versions of MMC
2nd...run driver cleaner and do a fresh install fo drivers and MMC

those are the 1st to things I would check/try... if those don't work, come back and I'm sure someone who actually has a VIVO card can help you out

Hi jenius,

hmmmh, okay, then I will do so.
But seriously, I fear, this procedure won´t be successful, because at the first time I installed the Card with actual ATI- Catalyst drivers (january 04) on a blank new system, and the effect was the same...

Thanks for advice.

I´ll coming back soon.
