Problems with net omega
PLEASE read

thats the problem... installed softmod with my radeon 9800SE MADVIEW and that happens...
coul it be a driver problem??
its in every game! but in ut2k3 u see it the most!!
winxp/full patched
asus a7n8x deluxe
amd 2800+ barton
2x512 ddr333 cl2 RAM
if theres anything more u used to know just post it !!

Maybe you have one of the many 9800se cards that are not soft mod able. Use included the tool to switch from the soft mod driver to the normal driver and take another look.
Look for soft mod driver swapper in the omega folder on your start menu…

Hmm
ok, but why are there games like FarCry where you nearly DONT see any of these things... the artifact tester doesnt find anything neither... so ... shit, without softmod that card lames... some more suggestions ??

underclock it a little bit perhaps(that is either from heat or the softmod failing)

hmm
dicided to install the older version of omegas drivers... doesnt work either, try to underclock, seems to be a problem with only ONE directx effect, isnt there someone who knows that or can give infos to that!!

try reinstalling directX...my guess is one of your DX files is corrupted

What IS softmod anyway? Why not use the regular drivers?

softmod opens up the locked pipelines and essentially makes it a high end version rather then an SE (SE -> Pro mod)
