DDC in the ATI "Display/Monitor"

How do I disable the DDC in the ATI "Display/Monitor" ? That's the only thing holding me back at this point.. Yes I'm a NooB lol

Edit: Also have another question.. Should I change Monitor Type to Plug and Play Monitor or keep it as Default Monitor. Any help will be greatly appreciated.. Thanks!

Edit2: I have a Dell INSPIRON XPS Pentium4 3.4 GHz 512 MB of RAM... I figured out that it is in the Display Properties, Settings, Advanced, Displays. I have 4 options there; 2 monitors, tv, and panel. The 2 monitors and tv options are greyed out since I do not use them. I click on the Panel where it takes me to Panel Properties and Attributes for the Panel. It shows that my max supported resolution is 1920x1200 and Max supported Refresh Rate is 60 Hz. It also gives me Scale Image (It is currently Checked) with options to Expand to full panel size or expand while maintaining aspect ratio. Please help I'm stuck here and afraid to go any further until I get this figured out. I've installed the Drivers already from Omega.
