Omega? Weird dual monitor problem....

OK... i'm not sure if this is right at all.. or some kind of weird neato trick of sorts...

It happened in the 4.2's and in the 4.3's...

Basically... when i run with one monitor.. i go into the advanced settings.. and click either the opengl/d3d tab.. and am greeted with the standard settings layout and controls...

HOWEVER.... when i run dual.... and click either one... i'm greeted with the achient controls and layout that.. don't work right at all... i mean... there kind of messed up... i mean.... there are even some D3D settings under the opengl tab... and vice versa.... it's rather.... Disapointing as i can't force V-sync on all the time.... and change the FSAA/AF controlls let alone majority of the others... without it either screwing something up... or not working at all.. or possibly removing the hard to tweak and keep on settings...

Just to let you know... want some screenshots?.... i'd be happy to provide
