Radeon 8500 open gl help

I posted this on Rage 3d forums but I need help so here goes

I have been struggling with this for some time...HELP ME! I have uninstalled my drivers per the sticky at Rage 3d as best I could follow them...essentially 100%. I have also started from a fresh install of win ME. Doesn't matter what set of drivers I am using, and I currently have the latest...yesterday's Omega's installed. SOF II will not run due to Open GL problems...same with JK2 Demo, and Counter Strike, and CS says that my video card does not support open GL...I have been working on this for some time with NO success. I love to play counterstrike but I have an 8500 at 295/295 but I have to run in 800X600 Software mode...YUCK. Tell me there is someone out there who can help. I don't want to have to buy an "N-WORD" product but I am not smart enough to get this to work...whine whine whine, beg beg beg.

The problem was that with the second monitor enabled with winME it will not load up open gl. Feel stupid for not trying it but I am SOOOO Glad it works now. Counterstrike looks even better, although I am still no good...hmmm. The 8500 is still a great card with a few minor drawbacks.
