installing new athlon xp cpu

just installed new athlon xp 3000+ barton with 400fsb
and 2x512 pc 3500 with 433 fsb ,both ddr ram are munhkin with bh-5 chipset. had a athlon 2600+thouroghbreed with 266 mhz and 1gig of pc2100 with 266mhz, but in a cpu coller jet 7 from coolmaster,does 3200+ and higher,had as backup a thermaltake extreme volcano 12,doe upward of 3400+ cpu.question is what settings should l have it as far as cpu voltage,ddr ram voltage and anyother settings l should have it at to stability and performance out of both ddr ram and cpu
