MOHAA/Radeon settings
I just started playing MOHAA about two months ago, and when ever the drivers come out, ATI's or Omega's, I d/l them, do the install then check out MOHAA to see how the game reacts to the newer drivers.
The level in the game I go to when checking the new driver's responses out is the airfield, in the jeep, blowing up fuel, planes and shooting the enemy. I have not been able to get the game to play in this level without stuttering, which always happens at key spots in this level. at the very start, after blowing up the truck of soldiers following the jeep to the airstrip, and after you make the turn to the left, shoot the rocket launcher soldier off the roof, then blow up the barrels of fuel, the game stutters, then continues. Usually all stutters come right after a major explosion, but not always, some times when just shooting and killing a couple of the enemy if they are together, especially the two right at the corner of the building when you leave the area after shooting the rocket sniper off the roof. It could be that some of this is related to the settings within the game, or the settings in the driver's control panel. I have tried probably 20 or so different configurations, within the game and in the driver's cp, and have been able to find one setting that is minimal when it comes to the stuttering but it is still enough stuttering that it bugs the hell out of me. so maybe I'm missing some specific setting for the game and drivers? I've read and made the tweaks recommended for MOHAA from one of the game sites, and I have set the driver settings to just about every possible combination. I have also installed the Rage tweak and tried various profiles there; ATI optimal settings, MOHAA settings, and I still get the stutter. My rig P4 2.4ghz 512 m ram Radeon 9700 any suggestions would be appreciated thanxz River~

shuki
you got mail, and no, not auto save, because if I go to the area in the first part of this level where the sniper is on the roof with the rocket launcher, and if I shot the two guards that are in the fuel compound area and DO NOT blow up the fuel barrels, there is no stuttering...blow up the barrels and it stutters.
