Please help me! Radeon8500 stuttering during video playback on tv but not on pc!

I have the latest Omega drivers for my Radeon 8500 (128MB) installed and all works perfect.

My problem is that when I playback Divx or Xvid or even dvd's there is stuttering effect!
The picture dose not move smoothly and there is (very little) pauses when the camera is moving and also some kind of stuttering and image brakeups durring fast actions! Like if there is not enough FPS reached!

Now the thing is that I do not have this problem when viewing the movies on my pc! It simply happens when using the TvOUt!

Also I know that when I did a clean install of Xinxp and these drivers there was no such problem!
But everytime after few days this happens! (I must have done something wrong!?)

Here are my system specs incase you need to know it :

Motherboard : Asus P4g8x
Cpu: Intel P4 @2800 Mhz
Ram: 2X512 Kingmax Pc3200
Sound: Creative Audigy2 (with KX drivers)
Graphics: ATI Radeon 8500 (128MB)
Hdd: Maxtor 7200 rpm (80GIG)

Videos are played directly from HDD ( but its the same if played with CDrom or DvDrom)

Does this problem occur with other file formats?

Well actualy I only tried Divx, Xvid and DVD. I guess there is not much others anyways!

But I just uninstalled Omega and reinstalled the drivers and it seems that the effect I was talking about (like not enough frame per secs reached and broken picture) was solved!

But there is still the problem of video not running smooth! Very short and little pausses when camera moving
