Smartgart Uninstaller

On omegacorner.com, i went to the ATI section for my new drivers, at the bottom i saw a proggie called SMARTGART UNINSTALLER but it had no description, does anyone kno what is does and what its used for?

tomorrow im installing my 9800 pro, would this proggie be any use 2 me?, and were can i get it? i plan on overclocking the beast once i get my BGA ramsinks
