9700 np options

I have a Powercolor 9700 np. The board is red and has this written on the RAM chips:

HY5DU283222
F-36 310A
KOR 7T43712P <== this is what's on the "fan" side of the card.

on the non-fan side of the card, everything on the chips is the same except for the last sequence of numbers reads 7T43762P.

What options do I have available to me to increase its performance? Bios flash? 9700 ==> 9800 hack? Or just straight overclocking?

I forgot to add, I don't know what speed my ram chips are and I don't know what bios I have. If I flash the bios, what do I need and what's the procedure? Thanks!
