Problem with ati radeon hd 3650 silent agp

Firstly my english it no good but i try to write the best i can.

The problem is I had nvidia geforce 5600XT and it was wonderfull but it braken down.
I buy ati radeon hd 3650 silent agp and the first prom what i see was World of warcraf dont run. Then i was looking for in the forums and i found the suspech solution the hotfix 8.1 y try whit 8.1 to 9.4 and today qhit the hotfix 9.5. if i like run wow i need to desactive agp read, agp write and fast read. whit this disactived the game run but not good that like i like (5-10 fps (frames per seconds)) and y don't see thes correctly.
Secondly con this object disabled when i run windows XP i have a message of error whit 2 option send or not send.
And the worse when it does not appear I see the whole screen full of stripes and have to restart the computer because i can't do any thing.

I was found in all internet place (spanish place and abroad place) and this is the only place when i think i can helped. plz help.

My computer is a bit old but it is:
Amd atlon +3000
2Gb of ram
ati radeon hd 3650 silent agp
...

i wish we can show the solution to my problem

A couple of days old so hope you got it fixed. If not, I'd go back and start from scratch by removing all the drivers from ATI and making sure all of the Nvidia drivers are out of there and then reinstalling the ATI drivers with the AGP hot fix for that card.

Other thing to note, WoW has had some issues ever since they pushed out the 3.1 patch with some ATI cards. I've got 2x 3870's in my machine and still had to lower the shadow and Environmental blending or something (don't have it in front of me) in the game in order to not have it stutter or have frame rates drop.

when i changed my card to eliminate nvidia drivers, i format all my pc and i return too install all this programs and i install the ati drivers ( hotfix 8.1) in wow i put all grafics cuality in minimum and the game in dalaran or in raids of 25 turn whit 3 or 4 fps and in this raid of 10 the game go 8 or 9 fps.
The message of error whose i had in windows I remove it to get it.
So I can only fix the fluid that goes with the game
Thanks for your adviced if something occurs to you plz say me
