Up dating drivers

I would like to up date my Sapphire 8500LE videocard drivers, right now I have 2.4, I uninstalled all the old drivers rebooted and then tried to install 3.4 but I got this error (SuRegCreateKey Failed Enum\PCI\Ven_1002&Dev_514C&subsys_7149174B&Rev_00\ 000800) and the installation cancels.

Sapphire 8500LE
