It's an AGP card, that's why.
The newer drivers don't "play nice" with AGP cards.
Look around the site a bit and you will find lots of info on your problem.
In fact, there is a STICKY that addresses the AGP problem.

well scopie, lemme tell you, i've got the same gfx card, and it never gave me any problem at all
i'm using the latest Omega Drivers (4.8.xxx) without ATT, and RivaTuner for Fan Control
you could try a clean OS install, maybe Windows' the problem
hope this help you out =D

What motherboard do you have?
More likely there is a compatibility issue with the motherboard for scopie.
Try setting AGP 4X and turning of the fastwrite capability if the system bios allows. And be sure not to overclock the FSB or AGP.

No idea what you are asking.
But I just checked system spec for "YnHDaRkMaN" and he has an intel mobo. Which is definately more robust than anything using VIA. More expensive, I bet, as well.
