Omeag 2.4.43 Screwed my video!?

Ok, I'm gonna try and remain clam here. I suggested to my brother, to get your new Omega drivers. He has a stock Sapphire9500np128 on a 20' Mitsubishi DiamondScan HL6945ATK. Upon first boot from driver reboot, NO VIDEO! Windows2000 w/sp3 makes it as far as the B+W progress bar that shoots across the bottom, then NO VIDEO for the rest of the boot, right to dektop. Sounds are all there, no video signal though. So he starts freaking out on me! He can't wait for me to post on it, so i tell him to boot to safe mode and uninstall them. Still no video!! He's really pissed, I look like an AZZ for suggesting it!! Before the Omegas he had stock Cat3.2 installed and did an add/remove on them before the Omega install. The monitor has been fine till now, it's older and has BNC type connections, I feel this might have something to do with it! (refresh tweaks/locks?) Please help!

digitalwanderer is an unknown quantity at this point

I'm confused or useless, not sure which.

What is a BNC type connection?

@ the monitor end of the video connection cable, there are seperate BNC connections for Red Green Blue and Sync. The cable splits to 5 round coax-like connections at the back of the monitor. Seems there are some refresh issues with some BNC type older monitors. But info is hard to come by and the monitor has always worked fine until now.
