Any reason why after installing newest omega drivers that it still shows old version?

I installed the newest omega drivers but when I go to my device manager it still shows 3.8.xx . Anyone know how to get it to update to the 4.8.xx? Maybe a link to just the driver file instead of an .exe?

System Specs

Omegadrive (the Omega Drivers creator) said he forgot to change the version it displays.

In other words, they're the 4.8.xxx even if it says 3.8.xxx ;D
