Well, the boost isn't as much as expected but the gamma tool is quite nice. Therefore - 8.

[DraGuN] is on a distinguished road

Well i cant really see the difference between the last ones, but then i aint no techie. anyways what i wanted to say was that i cant really see no difference except for the number of crashes these new drivers give me.... unfortunately lots, loads more, way too many, infact i only had 1 on the old 3.2's so i will be going back to them. my gfx card is saphire radeon 9000 pro, these drivers are supposed to be compatable arnt they? and its not just in 1 program either, cs glitches, half-life in general, movies, quake, all things are effected. WHats gone wrong??

catalyst problems...

as for me, the release of 3.0 was nothing but horrible(mainly Arx Fatalis was unplayable, freezup every 5 min(need hard reboot sometimes), so I switched to 3.1 just to see that Arx isn't fixed(i uninstalled it after that forever) and that the main OGL game I am using, quake3, get crashes at least twice a day(with hard reboot every time). So I preinstalled just OGL library from 3.2 just to see quake3 and all MODs are no longer crashing 3 times a day just once =)))
//note sometimes it will crash after 10 minutes sometimes after long 4-6 hours of play

I never had a problem in quake3 with 2.x catalyst. And one more question, catalyst 3.4 are here and the quake3 SKY-BOX LINES problem isn't fixed, I have it for 2 years now, reported many times(tried many settings, like compressions off, aniso off etc.)..
I don't know, but catalyst 3.xx series seems very badly for quake games here at old Radeon64DDR, maybe because its DX7 card =))

RTCW ET froze after an hour and gave me the dreaded "we have experienced a problem and need to close, sorry for the ....................blah blah blah" error.

Kinda strange, but Counterstrike runs slow with these drivers.

The CS menu bug is still there, with a screwed up refresh rate.
Also with the Steam beta and therefore the next release of CS & HL, alt-tabbing to teh desktop means you can't get back in the game - repeated efforts cause a system reboot.

This never happened with my GF3, but then the 9800 does have it's advantages
