Having Prob with GPU from using DCPro

I havent used my PC 1 week now cause it had problems with the GPU using Driver Cleaner Pro. Guys from overclock.net recommend me to use DCPro for changing drivers on GPU. I changed my drivers at first it was an old driver then so I decided to update it to new version of drivers so I use DCPro to uninstall/reinstall the drivers and suddenly im having prob with GPU. Ive posted all of the necessary infos and screenshots here:

Looks like bad memory. Have the card replaced......RMA.

Can I do something else with this one like reset something to revert it back? Maybe changing drivers install/uninstall/reinstall had corrupted the driver component files and sending invalid corrupt driver commands on the GPU made the display screen opaque. Reformating harddisk may solve this issue?

Yah I already know that. 2 days ago I remove my GPU from system and put in a box keep it. Now I came back, I installed it again and right now no more wicked dots and objects appearing in my screen and I can run all my games now. Infact, right now im playing modern warfare online but after 30 mins, wicked dots and lines starts appearing again. Do I have to pay money for RMA a GPU? I think the warranty already expires because I last bought this GPU 15 months ago.

If the drivers or OS were corrupted in some way you would see the screen corruption all the time. Not after 30 minutes.

It is possible that removing and reinstalling the driver may reset things in the driver that are casuing too much heat. However it would appear that the card starts to fail as things warm up so it is most likely some bad components on the card.

You could try additional cooling of the card which may improve things.

The card manufacturer determines the RMA rules and cost, if any. You will need to check with them.

Can I RMA this in any computer shops selling ATI GPUs here in ph? Its really difficult here in philippines judging from the politics and government and its so hard to look for jobs. The cheapest company here in ph selling system specs is so expensive when compaired to US markets. Take for example the Quad6600 in newegg.com cost $219.99, here in ph the cheapest cost $400.

This is pretty dusty though. Maybe for some reason this cause overheating and defected the GPU. Is it safe to clean this with cotton balls? Ill be careful though since I dont have hairblower or air compressor. BTW heres a screenshot playing modern warfare I quit for awhile.

well that does look like bad memory, that or the GPU itself is destroyed.....

id rather clean the card just by blowing at it or cotton cloth, i did both.....

but you have to be careful not to snag any of the components.... the card is dead if you do..... its best to just buy canned air.

alot of RMAs dont work to good outside of the US, but that depends on the company

everyone in the Phillippines askes their family in America, if they got any to ship stuff they need there since its cheaper like you said..... lol my family does that, send money over and we send them stuff....

Well yeah its still the same here in philippines but atleast the dollar rate is good compared to before, now its $1 = 43.00 pesos but still the same nothing changed lots of people in poverty. By the way, its solved. I was about to buy HD 2100 or above GPU but the technician here bought X1550 Pro 512MB. When I arrived here in shop, I quickly take a look at the card installed since he say he install new one and I saw X1550 and 1 thing came up in my mind. This card is discontinued and buggy LOL. Well technician here dont know anything about new updates and whats good nowadays he just do the old stuff of specs like pentium 1,2 and 3 and the 90's GPU. Well Ill see what I can do tomorrow if I can replace this card with an HD 2100 or greater, best is 2700.
