I'm camping out the driver page and noticed the addition of

Download this driver bundle if you are having issues with your ATI product, including those mentioned above. ATI does not recommend unnecessary driver updates, when your graphics card is functioning properly.

Just before the 3.2 drivers. The 3.4's will be inserted just above that =)

Nope it wasn't, it's a standard thing they slide in between drivers when more than one package are available. If you have problems with the latest, they offer the last [most] stable set. It definately wasn't there because it suddenly appeared after a page refresh
