Graphics Problem
Hi
Iv been getting this error on various games where the graphics go all glitchy and flicker constantly. (see image below). Iv got an Ati mobility radeon x1300 card & Dell 6400 laptop. I upgraded to the radeon omega v4.8.442 drivers but have had no luck and the settings are very confusing!. The problem fixed itself a while ago but has come back now. ![]() Any ideas? thanks |

could it be heat?
it's only for 3d? & does it get worse over time?

Its definitely not heat as it happens even when i first switch on. It only works on 3d games but some are alright. I think it only happens on the games which need direct x but im not 100% sure. It doesn't get any worse over time.

must be some kind of miscalculation, maybe an advanced tweak could fix it (or not)

Yeah i updated to the newest version of direct x but still no luck. The problem fixed itself a while ago when i updated the dell bios but then it started happening again a while after so maybe thats something to do with it.

Sorry for the delay. It worked!. iv no idea how but updating to the same bios version has fixed it again. When it breaks again ill just have to do the same. Must be a virus or something causing it?
