Readon X1050 AGP And Game crashing

Hello im new here

Latley for like 10 days im keeping having starnge problem. i had readon x1600 ( everything works fine for months no problem at all) . i start having problem that my game is crashing then i cheak and i found out that the colling system was broken therefore i thought that cost the crashing problem then i change for readon x1050.
and i keep having the same problem.. i play ( MOHAA) and my after 10 min of playing i get send / dont send message. and i have to close my game.
i have tried 100 version of catalyst and drivers, and the problem never fixed. i wanna mention again that before this all happen everything works perfectly without any problem.

soemtimes i also get in the "Event Viewer" error of the ati2mtag and its says : CRT invalid display type
i'm really hopeless because of that, and this problem really annoying .. i have tired to search on forum for similar problem but i found some issues that didnt help..
i dont know what else to do.. and i'll really will thank if someone can give me any ideas or suggestion..

i also tried to set AGP X 4 but my system became unstable..

right now im having the newest ATI readon x1050 driver from ATI site.

MY machine if its needed to know :
Readon X1050 AGP
Intel 3.2
Windows XP SP2
1.5 DDR RAM
MB : GIGABYTE GA-8VM800N | VIA P4M800 chipset

Please try the latest ATI Catalyst Drivers 8.1 Hotfix for AGP cards.

im going into my BIOS setting but i cant find anything about graphic card or AGP or something related
why is that?

Try checking for updated BIOS and drivers for the motherboard here:

Hi. Try updating windows - update .NET framework and also download the latest DirextX Redist (Nov2007). I had a similar message a while back at work with a machine with no Windows updates.

If the cooling of your PC/System became defective, it's possible that some permanent damage has been done to some components in your PC. You don't specify what exactly was being cooled by that particular cooler, but, I assume it was your video card since that's what you replaced.

I'd suggest running something like PC Wizard 2008 and keep tabs on the temperatures. CPUID

Also, download and run Memtest86+ to make sure the RAM is performing properly. Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

And, make sure you aren't overclocking anything at the present time until the defective or problem part is determined.

well the only thing that was damaged in the cooling of the graphic card thats why i replaced him.. all other temp in pc are in the normal.
RAM is working well.. and all game and staff works fine.
just have the problem that every 15+- min on game my monitor freeze for like 10 sec and it take me back to windows.

nothing is also overclocking and i never did any kind of overclock to something on my pc.
its just one day i went to play and start having this problem and i didnt do nothing before..

do you think if we understand that we tried everything and we are sure there is no problem in the ATI card.. mabey something is ruined with my motherboard??
anyway if u have any other suggestion or even someone else it will be nice.

react, i'd search this error(CRT invalid display type) since last year, and it hit over 231000 results for it now.. great huh?

But still no solution yet, i'm wondering what's ATI's Enggineers working on?
ok, what i've tried is :-
1. Rollback the driver to below CAT 7.7.
2. Change the monitor type to VGA 1024x768.
3. Change the CPU to AGP controller to PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge in device manager.
4. Install Radeon Omega MOD drivers.

so.. i hope anyone can tell me any other solutions i haven't try. i willing to do it even my system crash after that.
i'm going to wait for another few months , if there's still no solution. i think the best way is change the graphic card and trow ATI card into the sea.
