Are you kind of... unschooled? Did you guys, you "fans", ever pay him a single cent for his works? I mean... you simply can't require him.... mustn't even ask him to spend his spare time on developing new drivers. Did you ever put yourself in his? Think of yourself not even having the time to post a new message on your blog! In a situation like this, how and where would YOU take the time?

well try to do a small research on what you write about before you say anything which might not fit..... if you have ever been on his site you should have noticed that that quotation were his words not ours. I hope you understand this.
BTW, many of us also have similar problems, but one finds time to talk to people, not just to wait for 4 months as he has always done.
in any case, it is his only free decision not to do so, so I leave it at this.

Hi,
i would buy a 22" monitor, but my Ati Radeon 9200 doesn't support the 1680x1050 resolution.
So i've just installed Radeon Omega Drivers v4.8.442, and now 1680x1050 is in the list.
I tried to watch a video with VLC media player (with my old monitor at 1024x768) but when i go in fullscreen the quality of the video is bad. The pixels are like aliased, like if when i go in full screen the resolution is lowered. Only the video has this effect, not the control bar under it.
Before with the ati catalyst drivers all was ok.
Can anyone help me? thanks in advance =)

i just installed omega drivers, and when i tried to play CS 1.6, it says the driver is not supported and asks me to play in software mode..
how do i fix it??

P.S: my card is ati x300, inspiron 6000 DELL

Your out luck haven't seen Omega in long while don't know what happen your best bet try dna drivers

I read from v4.8.442 readme that it suports also HD 3560 on W2k.
But ... installation not suceeded, it gives not right card or OS error.
Had anyone sucseeded install Omega v4.8.442 for HD 3650 on W2k?

Hi Moij Did you try driver cleaner first? If not u might have try DNA drivers my best guest I don't know where Heck is Omega he hasn't login here very long time. My 5600 post woopiee

I get HD3650 work in w2k with @BlackWingCat driver from his Windows 2000 blog (find it with Google, Japanese but download is obvious)
Version 9.4 works but it has conflict with PCI USB card.
Version 9.5 not installs on my PC.

As I understand 9.5 AGP hotfix is yet not modified.

I've got this problem with graphics since the last version of Omega driverpack. In all Opengl games, I have this annoying effect of 'pixelizing' ridges of textures. You can see it slightly on the screenshot from Q3 arena.

Also, when Omega drivers were being updated they were the most reliable software. Alas, since 1,5 year there was no update. What are the most efficient current drivers for ATI 9600 series?

Hello one and all, new on the boards here.

I just recently installed the latest Omega Drivers with ATI Tray tools, and for some reason I am unable to bump up the clocks on my card. System specs in Profile. While when I was useing the 9.9 drivers from ATI I could to a point, well it was the ATI over Drive. I installed the Omega Drivers as per the instructions, and stil trying to figure out how to set up Tray tools, but besides that, when installling the Drivers it installed ATI 3D Controle Panel and put an icon on my Desk top, that does NOTHING. I wanted to try and improve my gaming and to be able to better over clock. And as I have been trooling through the boards for answer. I am hoping that maybe someone here can give a few tips or ideas. Oh and the ATI Hotkey pollers is active Still.

I'm Guessing that the Omega Drivers are not being suppoered or updated anymore?
Either way I just revered back to the Latest ATI Drivers, but now the problem is WDM will not install. But I'm just going do a Fresh Install of the OS anyway due to all Tweaking / install / uninstall that I have done inthe past few months.
