TDU patch 1.66a issues with 7.10's

I'd finaly narrow it down to that. It was dam TDU patch 1.66A causing the game to crash the desktop. After reinstalling the patch and with out also. Because with out the TDU patch the drivers work fine my game menu loads great. But soon I installed the TDU patch 1.66A it makes the game crashs to the desktop for some reason. Can anyone else test my theory? thanks.

Yes It's shorting word for it lol TDU=Test Drive Unlimited I had no room for above the subject line thats why I shorting the word lol. Ya like I said soon I installed updated patch it crashes to the desktop but with out the patch the game work fine with the drivers I'm worndering if anyone else gets that?
