Hardware: ATI Radeon 9500 128mb (softmodded to 9700).

During startup, i receive following error:
CPLIB :: Initialization - Failed to load the library

The GPU works fine, but this error really messes up the startup, as it locks up services loading for several minutes, thus almost completely freezing my PC.

I know that my GPU is pretty weird, as it could not decide wherether it is pro or nonpro.
