This is frustrating, especially since the Omega drivers speed up the framerate like crazy. I love them, minus this one annoyance. Anyone know how to fix it?
I'm runnning a Dell Inspiron 6000, 15.4 display notebook with the X300, 128MB card.
Native Windows resolution is 1900 x 1200. Most of the games I run are at 1024 x 768. I've tried changing the resolution in game, doesn't help, and hurts the performance. I didn't need to switch it under the Catalyst drivers, so I'm thinking I shouldn't have to under Omega either.
Thanks in advance.

Greetings and welcome to DriverHeaven!
Did you also install the ATT with the drivers?
Since many people recommend completely uninstalling previous drivers (which Omega does NOT recommend, but many people do anyway) it's often necessary to redo the Adjustments for the Monitor. Sometimes it can be fixed easily by simply Removing the Monitor from Device Manager and rebooting and let Windows redetect the correct monitor. If that doesn't work, then try the following:
Using ATT: Right click on the ATT icon in the Task Bar;
Hover over Display and then move the cursor over Display Properties and select it;
On the next screen select Advanced near the right lower corner;
On the next screen click on the Displays tab;
On the next screen click on the word "Monitor" next to the green ON button. (This is actually a Monitor settings button but doesn't readily appear to be so.);
On the next screen select Adjustments.
Now, you will see some adjustment settings to expand/contract screen sizes. Have fun!
And, good luck!
