4 aliasing vs 6 aliasing
Hello
Can anyone tel the difference between 4 anti aliasing and 6? I just cant seem to spot the difference, I noticed my ATI card can go up to 6 you see.

depends on the resolutions and your monitor size your using if you'll actually "notice" or SEE the difference...
a monitor.. say 19" widescreen, running 1920x1200 will probably not see much of a concernable different between 4x and 6x... while a 19" running 1440x900 MAY show more of an impact going from 4x to 6x.....
imo, if you can't tell the difference, run with the smaller figure.

If you can't tell the difference between 4xAA and 6xAA, set the lower value - you'll get better performance 
Maybe you could make screenshots and compare them to see the difference better.

temporal AA - Doubles the effective AA image quality level by alternating the sample pattern every other frame,

I think I can in Dungeon Siege and BFME II and ROTWK but I run all of those in 1360x1024 or lower. I have 512 meg of video memory now so I can do that at high resolution too, though I usually don't. In shooters like UT2004, I can't seem to tell the diff, but that is probably because things go by so fast.
I'm glad I have the option, but would only use it in slower paced games I think.
