Issue with refresh and resolution

I recently noticed when ever i play a game at 1152x868 that the refresh drops down to 60hz instead of 75hz. It seems only to effect this certain resoltuion. It occurs in both DX and OGL games.Ive tried different driver sets (3.1, omega 3.1, 3.2). Also ive tried just about every refresh force program there is, they work as its forcing it into 85hz when im at 1024x768 in OGL. So im at a loss. Oh i also reformated just to give it clear go and same issue. It really annoying becuase thats the res that i mainly play at and its killing my eyes. Any help or thoughts would be great.

Im currently runnig a BBA Radeon 8500 64mb Retial (275/275 @ 300/300)
