ATi's PBA policy...and mmc problem

My 9700 pro is BBA 9700 pro.(preodered one)

But Reseller (Sxxking korean reseller), they didn't give BBA installation CD.
Only one cd include very old driver set.

I reclaimed that. But they denied my reclaim..

But, the most serious problem is....

Why ATi keep their policy up for BBA?

When I use BBA 8500, then ATi sold BBA product to other country.
But now, they sell their product, only US and CANADA.
And we buy ATi's product, only PBA one.(This case for foreign country)

Their installation cd keeps some important serial, for mmc install.
(Usally, MMC require ATi's BBA installation CD.)

In this case, MMC 8.1 require BBA installation CD,too (for DVD decoder).

But PBA vender, they don't offer BBA installation CD...
they offer some inferior cd include some driver set.( 7x00,8x00,9x00...they offer same cd!!)

ATi must open their bba package(driver, mmc and etc) for PBA user.

That's my opinion...
