CCC doesn't work (Mobility 9700)

Hi everybody,
I've a notebook Asus A4Ka (Amd Athlon mobile 64 3200+, Ati Mobility Radeon 9700, 512m RAM), connected to an external monitor since laptop monitor has got too many problems.
after uninstalling current display drivers provided by asus and installing .Net Framework 2.0, I tried to install Ati Catalyst 6.9 modded with ModtoolV4. Everything seems fine, but when i try to open the CCC, I got an error message, like "Error in CLI (command line interface) application. Application will be closed and all open data will be lost"). I also tried to install the latest DHzer0point Catalyst 0.69, but I get the same problem.
