How do I stop tray tools going into overdrive.

I want to know how to control ATI tray tools, every time I start a 3d game it goes into overdrive even though overdrive is locked in CCC. How do I switch overdrive of in ATI tray tools?

It doesn'ty matter if Overdrivce locked in CCC because it will work even if you don't have CCC at all. So this is not job of ATT to switch to 3D clock
