Omega Radeon driver problem.

I switched from the normal ATI drivers for my Mobility x1600, to the Omega Drivers (. 3.8.273) The problem is when I try to play Battlefield 1942, the game cuts off the sides of the screen so they are black (wide screen lcd). Is this a problem or does something need to be changed? I tried changing the game resolution but didn't work.

EDIT: Nevermind, that's fixed now, but when it's loading textures and everything before starting a game, the game closes at 95%.

im having the same problem with css, how do i get rid of the black lines on the left and right? thanks for helpin a n00b out.

THanks for moving this i need help pretty bad, when i paly css now with the omega drives i have about a inch and half on each side of my screen that is just black, can somebody please help me with this? thanks guys

I've got the same problem.

I had to reinstall Windows and stuff. then I installed the Omega Drivers base on the Catalyst 6.9 Driver Suite. Now my Screen only show 4:3 in games.
Strange is the the same Drivers worked with 16:10 before.

Could anyone help plz ?
