HHawk is on a distinguished road

exclamation ATI Drivers removal.

I was going to install the latest ATI drivers (6.7) to replace my current WarCat 6.6 drivers, since they are giving me problems with Titan Quest (black screens and shit).

Anyways, this is how I always uninstall (display) drivers:

1. Uninstall the drivers manually.
2. Run Drivercleaner.
3. Boot to safe mode.
4. Run Drivercleaner again.
5. Reboot to Windows XP.
6. Install new drivers.

Though this works perfectly, I noticed everytime I use drivercleaner, it won't clean the registry entries for some reason. I have to delete them manually, which is a lot of work. E.g. go to the corresponding registry key, change permissions and delete them (even in Admin mode).

Anyone has an idea how to fix this? So Drivercleaner can delete them by itself?
Cause this problem does not only arise with ATI drivers, but for all the drivers I want to uninstall. It's very annoying that Drivercleaner ísn't allowed to remove those entries by itself...

Things I tried:
- Logging in in safe mode on my own account.
- Logging in in safe mode on my admin account.

Nothing helps.

I always had this problem, but now I want to fix this for once and for all...

Any advice would be nice...

System Specs

Download Crap Cleaner [Google for CCleaner] and run the Issues option after uninstalling the drivers.

I do this after each uninstall and it works great!
