this took about a week to find the fix to my problem, why? i installed a 7500 radeon pci video card. nwn would not play ,ATI was no help. went to nwn website and found the answer to my problem. i have w98se, had 3.0 catalyst. had to install catalyst 2.4 for win ME, now the game works. What is ATI's problem?

NWN is a finicky game. Could be the card or the game.
Besides , the new drivers are really geared toward the 9000+ cards and DX9. You may get better all around performance for a lot of games from the older driver. With Win98 and the Radeon 7500 I still have not done better than the Omega driver based on the Cat 2.3’s. If 2.5 works for you, great. Run it until you have a game that doesn’t like it.
