When exactly does it crash? Right when entering the game, after playing a little while?

It could be many things. Does your computer ever crash in anything other than games? If you rule out your cpu, memory, and software (games/drivers) then I would just send the card in to ATi for warranty and they will send you a new one.

Good luck.

System Specs

Hi, Joana,

And, welcome to Driverheaven.

Please do this: Post the specifics of your computer system. We need to know the motherboard, CPU, type and amount of RAM, and any other information that you can provide. Are there other cards installed such as sound card, network card, etc?

What version of Windows are you using? Has it been updated via the Windows Update site?

How long since you Deleted the Temporary Files and Folders? And, how long since you checked the Hard Drive for errors and Defragged it?

Is there (or has there been) any attempt to overclock the system? CPU? RAM? Video Card?

The answers and information should help us better help you.

Try updating your mobo chipset drivers, sounds like that would be the issue

Crashing after a few minutes of playing a game is probably a heat issue. Check to see if the fan on your video card is spinning.
