When you're installing the drivers, and the ATT (tray tools) you'll need to click the option for Desktop Shortcut. At least that's how I remember it to be.
Then, after you finish installing the drivers and reboot, you'll double click that Desktop Icon to start ATT. It will THEN appear in the Taskbar. Right click on it to get to the functions and options. Should be pretty clear from there.
