ATI Radeon Mobility 9000 driver

Hello,

I found this very nice site by searching the net and I hope that you may help me.

I use a Medion Microstar notebook which has an ATI Radeon Mobility 9000 built in. Due to a lack of support on behalf of Medion concerning the drivers for the ATI card I wanted to ask you if you know where I can get the latest drivers for it.
ATI does not support it since it is a 3rd party notebook, I already tried to install the catalyst drivers but it failed due to the fact that these drivers aren't for mobility cards.

Welcome to DH! Glad to see new faces around here! About the problem... are you suffering any obvious loss of functionality due to a lack of the latest drivers? Have you tried Omega's drivers (link at the bottom of the page)? Can you provide us a link to the website where the specs and support page of this laptop is? Anyway, hope to see you around more! Also, after 10 posts, you can enter a drawing for a 120gb hard drive

We just gave away a Radeon 9500 Pro video card a day or so ago

I am trying to get those omega drivers.

I am sorry that I can't support you with an internet site which states the specs of my notebook, they do not built it any longer.

It's a Medion Microstart MD 5061
2.4 Ghz Pentium 4
512 MB DDR Ram
Ati Mobility 9000 32 MD DDR Ram
30 GB Hitachi HD

you may check www.medion.com and there you can search in the service pool for the drivers, the last ones are dated somewhere Sept. 2002.
