Win XP .NET Framework

Installed Win.NET Framework so I could run Catalyst, but I can't figure out how to stop it from asking for 'login' information on start-up??

How do I get my computer to just boot up straight way into windows without it asking for login info.???

go to youre control panel.

then user accounts.

the will be a account set up other than the admins account(youre main account i presume) maybe others....

The will be an account called .NET or something like that.... Delete the account and all files that are created along with that..... next time you boot up you will no longer be asked to log on.

As i always remove the Net account right after the install of Net Framework.... (after re-install of windows) never received any messages like that, but that could be due to i don't use any other browsers.

Surely if you are using another browser the would be short cuts,re-enable IE then remove the account..re open the browser you use and tick the default bowser option..

I'm a little confused. (it happens lots)

My problem is not ( I don't think) with Firefox, it's with Windows when I start my computer.

I apologise whole heartedly if I've got completely the wrong end of the stick, but it used to be that when I started my pc it would boot into windows desktop straight away without any probem.
My previous installation would do this without me having to hit "Enter" or whatever, even though Net.Framework was installed.
Now, since I installed Net.Framework, it asks for a password every time, even though I already deleted every account except my own.

Should I just install IE and download the updates, or what??
