Haveing a FLASH problem with IE6 wer you have to keep reinstalling the plugin?

Anyone having a FLASH problem with IE6 were you have to keep installing or loading it?
I've always had an “of and on” and rather irritating problem with flash. I had tried everything
From uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting it manually from my system and registry. Even
happens even after a fresh format... I don't know whats causeing it but I found fix a while
ago and figure I'd share just in the off chance someone else can make use of the information.

Install flash then:

Set the folder below as Read only
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash

Then it will stop doing that.

You need to remember that if you ever want to upgrade but it make my
problem stop that kept me having to keep loading the flash plug-in!
