64bit Driver for Motorola SURFboard 5100 Cable Modem

Hey guys.........Im haviing problems trying to find a driver for the 64bit Driver for Motorola SURFboard 5100 Cable Modem to be able to run on the Windows XP Pro 64bit environment. Ive searched everywhere but cant find anything. The 32bit drivers run perfectly for windows xp pro but wont run in the 64bit xp version. My machine is an AMD 3000+ 64bit and ASUS KV8-X main board. All the other drivers get installed except for the cable modem drivers of which I normally install from the CD. If any one has any answers to this can you e-mail me please on. take it you mean a usb driver .. probably better in the long run to switch to enet and find a card that runs ok under 64bit conditions and ditch the usb drivers

I have used this exact modem in X64. Switch to the RJ/LAN connection, most mobo makers have drivers for their onboard connections. USB is pretty flaky on the surfboards anyway its a wise move, even for 32 bit.

ethernet is better i find for xp pro x64 editon cause of lack of some usb support but other then that ethernet cards are found like in xp pro 32 bit editon so id stay with ethernet cable with nic card for pci slot and have fun
