Disabling the "Windows" key
I would like to disable the "windows" key on my keyboard (the one that does the same this as clicking on the START button), and assign it to another application.
Is this possible, and if so how??

I'm not sure about remapping, but you can easily disable them with these registry keys.

To disable it, read here:
http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/903/ http://johnhaller.com/jh/useful_stuf...e_windows_key/ To remap it, try this tool: http://webpages.charter.net/krumsick/

Thank you gentlemen.
I used Zelig's link, and disabled the LEFT WINDOWS KEY, and was then able to assign it as my 'Push to Talk' key for Team Speak. I do a lot of flight simming, and was using the Left CTRL key for the PtT key, but since a lot of the Keyboard commands use the CTRL key in combination with other keys for a lot of functions, it was annoying to the other guys on TS when using them. Now with this, it won;t be giving me an 'open mic' when I use the Tail Hook, Flaps, etc. I'm definately going to pass this on to the rest of the guys in the RAF662
