SP2 slow boot / Bootvis help

Lo all, in need of a bit of help advice!

Since installing XP sp2 iv only had one problem, the fact it take my comp around 118 or more seconds to boot! I've defragged (often), cleaned up the services/msconfig etc an still no joy!

So i decided to give bootvis a whirl to see if it could tell me anything.... Under Boot Activity; Disk, Driver, Registry and Video bar's on the graph are all loaded in about 17 seconds, however the Logon bar is showing approx 18sec - 113secs approx and the Shell bar from approx 27sec - 118secs...

Im not sure whats involved in these two, whats loaded etc and why its taking so long, obviously something wrong? or is it just good ol sp2... can anyone enlighten me/any ideas?

I dont exactly have a slow rig....

I really cba to format back to sp1 and install all my crap over again

Cheers

Describe your local network/internet connection type and involved machinery(routers, modems and so on), and perhaps someone might have a tip on how to improve it.
