SATA Dual Boot Q's

Ok, I am using a NF7-s and I have two hard drives. One 120 gb SATA with Windows XP pro and one 60 gb IDE with redhat 8, but I am using the supplied adapter to make this drive a SATA one. My quesiton is this, which boot loader recognizes SATA drives, and is there anything special I need to do, to get them to dual boot. These drives are not set up in any special RAID array. I don't think the supplied boot loader with redhat will do the job.
