For some reason auto has stoped working....anyone know the service for autorun is? Or how to renable it?

Right click cd rom drives in explorer, choose properties > Auto run, then adjust settings.

OR

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\CDRom]
Autorun
(0=disable, 1=enable)

OR

Download TweakUI for XP and adjust with that.


Also check "Shell Hardware Detection" in the Services console . Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
