Why not, a lot of people are not aware of the requirement for the Adaptec ASPI file, when burning. Have seen many comments of failure related to that.
Plus for those interested in DVD burning:
Here is what I did: Backup of WaterWorld. {Test, on a Lite-ON 811S}
NOTE: the source DVD was 2 layer, the DVD-R was single layer.
1) DVDShrink
Then immediately used Shrink to Backup (Must do)
2) CopyToDVD
-Selected the Video_TS.ifo file
#1 Took 1.5 minutes
#2 Took 3 minutes
- Write the DVD, took 14 minutes =Total time was 18.5 minutes
WIN2K Pro/XP, lets not take a 3rd party ASPI hook, that won't use good code via it's usless software {MyDVD} PowerDVD is fine -Sonic needs to get a grip, though.
