URGENT!Internet won't work

Got a big problem.
On my primary machine(which is also the one connected to INTERNET) I need to enable ICS! But in order to do that I must shut down the NIC that connects to my client computer or else I get this prob:


But the problem is that I can't disable NIC, since the primary machine has no monitor and is only controlled by client PC through VNC by NIC.
Is this even possible to achieve or must I connect a monitor to it?


EDIT:
here are the IPs:
Primary has 192.168.0.1 : 255.255.255.0
Secondary(client) has 192.168.0.2 : 255.255.255.0 and gateway set to 192.168.0.1

... Zardon might be able to help you out here... As i understand he configures most of everything from a client machine to his server..... Last resort would be hook up a computer monitor to it....
